She was the director of the Innovation team in Jerusalem funded by the Bloomberg Foundation, that tackled strategic urban challenges in the city as a senior consulting team to the Mayor. The multi-dispensary team used tools from qualitative and quantitative research, service design, and project management to deal with areas such as economic development, youth at risk, education, civic society, East Jerusalem and more.
Previously, she was as a senior organizational consultant at 9Points Consulting (a subsidiary of Lotem Strategies Group), where she lead the public sector division for 6 years, working with some 40 different government ministries and authorities. Various projects included short and long-term processes, organizational development, leadership programs with emphasis on implementation and execution. In her first position, she was head of the business sector private client unit for Deltathree and managed customer support centers in Israel and India.
Sharone is currently completing a doctorate on innovation in cities in organizational sociology. She has an MA in sociology and bachelor’s degree in business administration and psychology, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
שרון מובילת התכנית הדיגיטלית של משרד הפנים במשרד לשוויון חברתי- מטה ישראל דיגיטלית. ניהלה את צוות החדשנות בירושלים מטעם קרן בלומברג, שיושב תחת רה"ע ועוסק באתגרים אסטרטגיים עירונים. הצוות השתמש בכלים של מחקר איכותני וכמותני, עיצוב השירות וניהול פרויקטים ועסק בתחומים של פיתוח כלכלי, נוער בסיכון, מזרח ירושלים ועוד. קודם לכן עבדה כיועצת ארגונית בכירה בחברת 9Points (חברת בת של לוטם אסטרטגיות). במשך 6 שנים, עבדה עם כ-40 רשויות ומשרדי ממשלה, ניהלה את תחום המגזר הציבורי והייתה אחראית על תהליכים ארוכי טווח בדגש על הטמעה ויישום. בתפקידה הראשון שימשה כמנהלת יחידת הלקוחות הפרטיים בחברת Deltathree במגזר העסקי וניהלה מוקדים בישראל והודו.
כיום שרון מסיימת דוקטורט בנושא חדשנות בערים. בוגרת תואר שני בסוציולוגיה ותואר ראשון במנהל-עסקים ופסיכולוגיה.
