Chief of Staff to the Banking Supervisor and Director of the Strategic and Special Projects Unit. Tal serves an integrative function, representing the work of the supervisors, and helping to formulate and implement the regulatory strategy, with an emphasis on the digital banking revolution. In addition, she is responsible for the area of consumer information, management of relations with stakeholders, leading special professional banking projects and more. She led "Money Mountain 2" and financial awareness month for 9th graders throughout the country.
In the past Tal served as Director of the Regulation Unit (client bank) in supervision of the banks, where she was responsible for determining standards and policies in the consumer area through regulation and provision of information.
Tal is a lawyer, with a bachelor's degree in Law and a master's degree in Business Administration.
TAL's digital vision is "reducing the gaps in the field of digital banking and assisting, in a quick and respectful manner, adaptation to the financial and technological world."

בעברה, מנהלת יחידת אסדרה (בנק לקוח) בפיקוח על הבנקים: אחראית על קביעת סטנדרטים ומדיניות בתחום הצרכני באמצעות רגולציה והסברה.
בהשכלתה טל הינה עורכת דין, בעלת תואר ראשון במשפטים ותואר שני במינהל עסקים.
החזון הדיגיטלי של טל הוא "צמצום הפערים הקיימים בציבור בתחום הבנקאות הדיגיטלית וסיוע בהסתגלות לעולם פיננסי טכנולוגי, בצורה מהירה ומכבדת."
