Chief Accountant at Misgav Regional Council

Limor has been serving as Chief Accountant at Misgav Regional Council since August 2010. Limor is responsible for overseeing the council's current budget (NIS 200 million), financial software, preparation and reporting of quarterly reports and the annual report to the Ministry of the Interior and the relevant institutions, and manages the council's accounting department.
In addition to her official position, Limor assists the CEO of the Council in managing various projects, such as: executive work plans, implementation and supervision of the “self-management” program in elementary schools, accompanying the departments of the Council in organization and budgets, a computerized resident permit for residents of the Council, assistance to corporations and non-profit organizations of the Council on various matters, representing the Council in "Partnership 2gether Karmiel-Misgav Pittsburgh” with the Jewish Agency, and a member of the board of the Misgav Economic Company.
At the beginning of her professional career, Limor served as a certified tax advisor in an accounting firm, and was involved in advising hundreds of small and medium businesses in the region.
Limor holds an MBA from the University of Haifa, With a specialization in nonprofit management, and a MA in Middle Eastern Studies from Tel Aviv University. During her MA she researched the work of the NGO "Merkaz Masse" (Volunteering program as a Year of Service for Young People from the Social-Economic Periphery) and "Mashabim"
מאוגוסט 2010 משמשת לימור כמנהלת חשבונות ראשית במועצה אזורית משגב. במסגרת תפקידה לימור אחראית על בקרת התקציב השוטף של המועצה (כ-200 מיליון ₪), על התוכנה הפיננסית, הכנה ודיווח של דוחות רבעוניים והדו"ח השנתי למשרד הפנים והמוסדות הרלבנטיים, ומנהלת את מחלקת הנהלת החשבונות של המועצה.
בנוסף לתפקידה הרשמי, לימור מסייעת למנכ"לית המועצה בניהול פרוייקטים שונים, כגון: תוכניות עבודה למנהלים, הטמעה ופיקוח של הניהול העצמי בבתי הספר היסודיים, ליווי מחלקות המועצה בבחינה ארגונית ותקציבית, טופס אישור תושב ממוחשב לתושבי המועצה, סיוע לתאגידים ולעמותות של המועצה בנושאים שונים, ייצוג המועצה ב"שותפות ביחד כרמיאל-משגב-פיטסבורג" בליווי הסוכנות היהודית, חברת דירקטוריון בחברה הכלכלית של משגב.
בתחילת דרכה המקצועית שימשה לימור יועצת מס מוסמכת במשרד רואי חשבון, ועסקה בליווי ויעוץ למאות עסקים קטנים ובינוניים באזור.
ללימור MBA במנהל עסקים מאוניברסיטת חיפה, עם התמחות בניהול אלכ"רים ותואר ראשון במזרחנות מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. במסגרת לימודי התואר השני ביצעה עבודות חקר על עמותת "מרכז מעשה" (התנדבות של שנת שירות לצעירים מהפריפריה החברתית-כלכלית) ועמותת "משאבים" (ליווי רשויות וארגונים במצבי חירום וטראומה).
