Limor has served for the past five years as deputy director of the Tel Aviv and Central District. The district is the executive branch of the Welfare Ministry and is responsible for assimilating the Ministry's policy in local authorities, and ensuring quality service to welfare clients through its supervisors.
As part of her job, she is responsible for designing work plans, professional development of district inspectors, implementation of outcome-oriented work methods, M&E and learning.
Between 2011 and 2013 Limor served as the director of the Addiction Services in the Tel Aviv and Central District, and between 1998 and 2013 she served as a youth test officer, employee instructor and director of a youth test service. This is a unique treatment service that operates by virtue of the law and offers various rehabilitation options for adolescent youth.
Limor has a MA in Social Work from Tel Aviv University.
לימור מכהנת בחמש השנים האחרונות בתפקיד סגנית למנהלת מחוז ת"א והמרכז.
המחוז הנו זרוע ביצועית של משרד הרווחה , אַמון על הטמעת מדיניות המשרד ברשויות מקומיות, והבטחת מתן שרות איכותי ללקוחות הרווחה באמצעות מפקחיו.
במסגרת תפקידה זה אחראית על תכנון תוכניות עבודה , פיתוח מקצועי של מפקחי המחוז, הטמעת שיטות עבודה מכוונות תוצאה, מדידה ולמידה.
בין 2011 ועד 2013 כיהנה לימור כממונה על השרות להתמכרויות במחוז ת"א והמרכז , ובין השנים 1998-2013 שימשה כקצינת מבחן לנוער, מדריכת עובדים ומנהלת בשרות מבחן לנוער,
מדובר בשרות טיפולי ייחודי העובד מכוח חוק ומציע אפשרויות שיקום מגוונות לנוער מתבגר עובר חוק.
לימור הנה בוגרת תואר שני בעבודה סוציאלית מאוניברסיטת ת"א.
