Senior VP and director of the Information Systems Department of the Rashi Foundation, a philanthropic foundation that dedicates its efforts to providing solutions and creating infrastructure in the fields of education and welfare to promote social mobility in the State of Israel. Liron serves as a member of the Rashi Foundation board and is on the boards of some of the member associations of the Rashi group.
The Information Systems Department deals with planning, establishment and maintenance of information systems for the various associations and programs, in the areas of content, operations, financials and decision-making tools. Some of the systems were built in conjunction with government ministries and public bodies, and they serve thousands of users while making available innovative and unique solutions.
Liron holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering from Ben Gurion University in the Negev.

סמנכ"ל בכיר ומנהל מחלקת מערכות המידע בקרן רש"י, קרן פילנתרופית המקדישה את מאמציה במתן מענים ויצירת תשתיות בתחומי החינוך והרווחה במטרה לקדם מוביליות חברתית במדינת ישראל. לירו משמש כחבר הנהלה בקרן רש"י וכן בחלק מהעמותות החברות בקבוצת רש"י.
מחלקת מערכות המידע עוסקת בתכנון, הקמת ותחזוקת מערכות מידע לעמותות והתוכניות השונות, בתחומי התוכן, התפעול, הכספיים וכלי קבלת החלטות. חלק מהמערכות נבנו בשיתוף עם משרדי ממשלה וגופים ציבוריים ומשרתות אלפי משתמשים תוך העמדת פתרונות חדשניים וייחודיים. לירון מאמין שההשתייכות לתוכנית מובילים דיגיטליים היא הזדמנויות מצוינת לחיזוק שיתוף הפעולה עם גופי הממשלה.
לירון בעל תואר ראשון בהנדסת מערכות מידע (BSc) מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב.
