Moty now leads the E-Government Israel's digital program in the Ministry of Economy and Industry.
He has a Bachelor's Degree in Industry and Information Systems Management from the Technion, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from Tel Aviv University.
Moty gained his professional experience in the Israeli Security Agency where he managed the Software Development Department and established the agency's Research and Development Unit. Following retirement, he worked in the on-line marketing world through which he established marketing operations in numerous European countries. In addition, he was a partner in start-ups in information security, HLS and the cloud.
His digital vision is of a digital world in the government sector that is not only a supportive tool, but that provides solutions for professional challenges.

נולד ברומניה ועלה לארץ בגיל 6, לחולון ושם גדל עד גיוסי לצבא.
את נסיונו המקצועי רכש בשב"כ שם ניהל את מחלקת פיתוח התוכנה והקים את יחידת המו"פ של השרות. פרש אחרי 20 שנות שרות, ולאחר הפרישה עסק בעולם השיווק הרשתי שדרכו הקים ארגוני משווקים במדינות שונות באירופה, והיה שותף במספר מיזמים בעולם אבטחת המידע, HLS והענן.
בעל תואר ראשון בתעשייה וניהול מערכות מידע מהטכניון, ותואר שני במנהל עסקים ומערכות מידע באוניברסיטת ת"א.
