Sima currently directs the Jerusalem Municipality's Service Unit that aims to make municipal services more advanced, efficient and customer-focused.
She served in the Gadna in training and command positions, and went on to study in the areas of Education, Public Policy, Group Work. She has also trained in numerous municipal fields.
Sima began to work in the Jerusalem Municipality in the 1990's on educational tracks in the community administrations, and over the years has filled a variety of positions in formal and informal education. Out of her belief in the importance of providing youth with equal opportunities to fulfill their potential, she developed many programs in the areas of leadership and intercultural dialogue in the unique Jerusalem mosaic. She has also worked in human resources.
Her digital vision is of a maximum integration of technologies to improve municipal services and make them more sensitive, culturally competent, and accessible via multiple channels, thereby minimizing clients' need to come physically.
נולדתי , גדלתי והתחנכתי בירושלים.
את עבודתה בעיריית ירושלים התחילה בשנות ה 90 במסלולי חינוך במינהלים הקהילתיים ועם השנים מילאה מגוון תפקידים בתחומי חינוך והחינוך הבלתי פורמלי. מתוך אמונה למתן שיווין הזדמנויות ומיצוי פוטנציאל של בני הנוער, פיתח ה תכניות רבות בתחום מנהיגות ודיאלוג בינתרבותי בפסיפס הירושלמי הייחודי, מילאה תפקידים גם בתחום משאבי אנוש.
כיום מנהלת את יחידת השירות העירונית במטרה לקדם ולייעל תהליכי שירות בארגון בראיית לקוח , בהלימה לחזון העירוני ומתוך תפיסה ואמונה כי בעידן הדיגיטלי יש להנגיש שירותים ללקוחות הארגון בערוצים השונים ולחזק תפיסה רב ערוצית , להוביל אסטרטגיה עירונית מתקדמת המובילה לשילוב מקסימום טכנולוגיות לשיפור השירות הנגשתו וצמצום צורך הלקוחות להגעה תוך רגישות ודגש לכשירות תרבותית .
סימה נולדה, גדלה והתחנכה בירושלים. מסלולי לימודים בתחום החינוך , מדיניות ציבורית, עבודה בקבוצות , והכשרות בתחומים מוניציפאליים .
