Salah is Deputy Director of the Northern District in the Ministry of Interior. Over the past ten years he oversees the activities of the local councils in his district and works with them on economic and organizational development programs. His previous position was at the accounting firm BDO Ziv Haft, which provides auditing and economic consulting services to some of the largest organizations and companies in Israel. He holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the Hebrew University and an MA in Public Policy with a specialization in local government, from Haifa University.
