Director of the Service Division, Ministry of Justice

Since 2014, Idan directs the Service Division in the Justice Ministry and is a member of the ministry's management forum. Idan leads and is partner to the establishment of the Division dedicated to relating comprehensively to the issue of the ministry's service to the public. The process of building the Division included defining and designing measures and work processes, formalizing work interfaces vis a vis different units, selecting and hiring workers and managing over 200 service representatives and staff managers.
Between the years 2005-2009, Idan served as director of the Center for Data Improvement in the DBQ Company for improving the data in databases. In the prior seven years, he served as head of the team of security inspectors in the Airport Authority.
Idan has an MA in Law from Bar Ilan University and a BA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from the Management College in Rishon LeZion.
Idan is a graduate of a course in Project Management in the John Bryce College.
החל משנת 2014 משמש עידן מנהל אגף, באגף השירות במשרד המשפטים וחבר בהנהלת משרד המשפטים. עידן מוביל ושותף בהקמת האגף המקיף את כל נושא השירות לציבור במשרד המשפטים. בניית האגף כוללת בתוכה הגדרת ובניית מדדים ותהליכי עבודה, מיסוד ממשקי עבודה מול היחידות השונות, מיון וגיוס עובדים וניהול של מעל ל-200 נציגי שירות ומנהלי צוותים.
בין השנים 2009-2005 שימש עידן מנהל מוקד טיוב נתונים בחברת DBQ לטיוב נתוני מסדי נתונים.בשבע השנים שקדמו לכך שימש כראש צוות בודקים בטחוניים ברשות שדות התעופה.
לעידן תואר שני במשפטים מטעם אוניברסיטת בר אילן ותואר ראשון במנהל עסקים בהתמחות בשיווק מטעם המכללה למנהל בראשון לציון.
