Einat has a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Bar Ilan University and a Master's Degree in Social work from Ariel University.
Einat began her work as a social worker in the Bnei Brak Department for Social Services. In 2000 she moved to the Welfare Department in Ariel, where she served as Youth Law Social Worker, opened a mental health clinic, coordinated the youth area and served as team leader.
Einat was born and raised in a rustic Beer Sheva neighborhood. Her father was a survivor of the Holocaust and she was educated in the values of human dignity, integrity and giving. She was a science and physics major in high school in the Arad Ulpana, and she did national service as an educational counselor in the Tzefira Ulpana.
Einat's digital vision is to use digitalization to improve services to residents, while protecting values of equality and environmental quality.

עינת התחילה את עבודתה כעו"ס באגף לשירותים חברתיים בני-ברק. בשנת 2000 עברה לעבוד באגף הרווחה באריאל, שם שימשה כעו"ס לחוק הנוער, פתחה את המרפאה לבריאות הנפש, ריכזה את תחום הנוער ושימשה כראש צוות.
עינת נולדה וגדלה בשכונה כפרית בעיר באר שבע. אביה ניצול שואה והיא קיבלה חינוך לערכים של כבוד האדם, יושרה ונתינה. למדה באולפנת ערד את לימודי התיכון במגמה ריאלית- פיסיקלית ועשתה שירות לאומי כמדריכה חינוכית באולפנת צפירה.
החזון הדיגיטלי של עינת הוא לשפר באמצעים דיגיטליים את השירות לתושב, תוך שמירה על ערכים של שיוויון ואיכות הסביבה.
