For the 19 years Ali has worked for the Council, he has been charged with overseeing the municipality's preparedness for all emergency scenarios (war, earthquakes, hazardous materials, fire and the like).
He has a BA and an MA in political science and is studying for a master's degree in organizational consulting. In addition, he has completed training and courses in the field of emergency preparedness and security (rescue commander, security officer, and other professional training) and professional courses in accounting, handling public inquiries, spokespersons and public relations.
עלי ממונה שירותי חירום במועצה מקומית רינה. לאורך 19 שנים בהם עלי עובד במועצה, הוא מופקד על היערכותה של הרשות לכל תרחישי החירום (מלחמה, רעידות אדמה, חומ״ס שריפות וכדומה).
בוגר תואר ראשון ושני במדעי מדינה ולומד לתואר שני בייעוץ ארגוני. בנוסף, בוגר הכשרות וקורסים בתחום החירום והביטחון ( מ״פ חילוץ,קורס קב"טים, השתלמויות מקצועיות) וקורסים מקצועיים כגון הנה״ח, ממונה טיפול בפניות הציבור, דוברות ויחסי ציבור.
