Amichai Alba

Amichai has been serving as CEO since November 2016. He coordinates and leads the work of the Council and coordinates the work of the professional staff, while maintaining sound administration. In addition, he is responsible for managing the interfaces with subsidiary companies: the Golan Economic Company, “Kolchi Golan” and the Golan Community Center. He is also responsible for the management of staff units, including human resources development, the GIS system, contracts and tenders, and more.
In the past, Amichai served as the Director of the Department for demographic growth in the Council. Prior to his duties in the Council he worked in the private sector, where he served as Business Development Manager and Sales Manager at “Diplomat”, a G&P Products Division.
Amichai holds a BA in Business Administration and Sociology and an MBA in Marketing and Finance, both from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
משמש בתפקיד זה החל מחודש נובמבר 2016. במסגרת תפקידו מתכלל ומוביל את עבודת המועצה ומרכז את עבודת המטה המקצועית, תוך שמירה על מינהל תקין. כמו-כן, עוסק בניהול הממשקים והעבודה עם חברות הבת: החברה הכלכלית גולן, קולחי גולן והמרכז הקהילתי גולן (מתנ"ס). בנוסף, מחזיק באחריות וניהול של יחידות המטה הכוללות את תחום משאבי אנוש ופיתוח ההון האנושי, מיחשוב ומידע, מערך האסטרטגיה הארגוני, מערך ה- GIS, חוזים ומכרזים ועוד.
בעבר שימש עמיחי כמנהל אגף וכמנהל מחלקת צמיחה דמוגרפית במועצה.
טרם תפקידיו במועצה עבד במגזר הפרטי, שם שימש כמנהל פיתוח עסקים ומנהל מכירות בחברת דיפלומט, חטיבת מוצרי G&P.
לעמיחי תואר ראשון במנהל עסקים וסוציולוגיה (BA) ותואר מוסמך במנהל עסקים (MBA) בהתמחויות שיווק ומימון. שני התארים מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
