Mali has worked for the Interior Ministry for 35 years. During the course of my tenure, she served in various positions: secretary of the district planning and building committee, district officer, chairperson of regional planning and building committees, and in my last position she serves as deputy district supervisor. The district controls 52 municipalities from Elachin in the north to Gan Yavne in the south.
These are diverse authorities in the size of the population (3,0000 - 280,000 inhabitants), different types of authorities (municipalities, local councils, regional councils and mixed authorities). As part of the position, she is responsible for 8 employees who handle the authorities individually, and also handles personal matters such as: real estate transactions, business licensing, budgets and more.
In addition, she is a member of various committees: the Interministerial Committee for Business Licensing, the District Planning and Building Committee, the Central District Committee, the Judea and Samaria Regional Committee, the Special Committee for the Employment of Local Authorities, and the Committee for the Advancement of the Status of Women in Local Authorities.
In between, she ran four election campaigns for the Knesset in the Rehovot Regional Council (750 polling stations), as well as dozens of municipal elections.
She has BA in Political Science from the Open University of Israel and an MA in Public Policy from Bar Ilan University.
עובדת משרד הפנים כ-35 שנים. במהלכן שימשתי בתפקידים שונים ומגוונים: מזכירת ועדה מחוזית לתכנון ובניה, קצינת מחוז , יו"ר ועדות מרחביות לתכנון ובניה ובתפקידי האחרון משמשת כסגנית ממונה על המחוז.
המחוז חולש על 52 רשויות מאליכין בצפון עד גן יבנה בדרום.
מדובר ברשויות מגוונות הן בהרכב האוכלוסיה הן בגודלן(3,0000 - 280,000 תושבים) סוגים שונים של רשויות (עיריות, מועצות מקומיות, מועצות אזוריות ורשויות מעורבות).
במסגרת התפקיד אחראית על 8 עובדים המטפלים באופן פרטני ברשויות, וכן מטפלת אישית בנושאים כגון: עסקאות מקרקעין, רישוי עסקים, תקציבים ועוד.
כמו כן חברה בועדות שונות: ועדה בינמשרדית לרישוי עסקים, ועדה מחוזית לתכנון ובניה מחוז מרכז, ועדה גאוגרפית יו"ש ושפלה, ועדה מיוחדת תע"ש השרון, ועדות שירות לעובדים רשויות מקומיות, ועדה לקידום מעמד האישה ברשויות המקומיות.
בין לבין ניהלתי 4 מערכות של בחירות לכנסת בועדה אזורית רחובות (המונה כ- 750 קלפיות) וכן עשרות מערכות בחירות מוניציפליות.
הנני בעלת תואר ראשון במדע המדינה מהאוניברסיטה הפתוחה ותואר שני במדיניות ציבורית מאוניברסיטת בר אילן.
