Anat Asraf Hayut

Anat has extensive experience in managing and leading national projects. As of 2017, Anat has been the national superintendent of elections in the Ministry of the Interior. She ran the election process in 251 local authorities in Israel as part of her role last October.
In her previous position, as division manager and an executive member of the Civil Service Commission, she was part of the founding team working on the reforms of human resources management. In this context, she led the implementation of the reforms in government ministries and the establishment of the National Leadership, Governance and Management Seminar.
She began her career in government service at the Central Bureau of Statistics, where she worked for about a decade. Anat previously worked in the high-tech business sector, as well as in the non-profit sector, as VP of Perach Jerusalem.
She holds a master’s Degree in Organizational Counseling (cum laude) and a BA in Sociology, Anthropology and Education (summa cum laude), both from the Hebrew University.
ענת בעלת ניסיון רב בניהול והובלת פרויקטים לאומיים. החל משנת 2017 משמשת ענת כמפקחת הארצית על הבחירות, במשרד הפנים. במסגרת תפקידה ניהלה באוקטובר האחרון את מערכת הבחירות ב- 251 רשויות מקומיות בישראל.
בתפקידה הקודם כמנהלת אגף וחברת הנהלה בנציבות שירות המדינה, הייתה חלק מהצוות המייסד של הרפורמה בניהול ההון האנושי. במסגרת תפקידה הובילה את הטמעת הרפורמה במשרדי הממשלה ואת הקמת המדרשה הלאומית למנהיגות ממשל וניהול.
את דרכה בשירות המדינה החלה בלמ"ס שם עבדה כעשור.
בעברה עבדה במגזר העסקי בהייטק, וכן במגזר השלישי כסמנכ"לית פר"ח ירושלים
בוגרת תואר שני בייעוץ ארגוני (בהצטיינות) ותואר ראשון בסוציולוגיה, אנתרופולוגיה וחינוך (בהצטיינות יתרה), שניהם מהאוניברסיטה העברית.
