Anat is a graduate of Computer Sciences and Economics and tens of additional professional courses.
In her current position Anat is Director of Information Systems in the Petah Tiqwah Municipality. Prior to this position, she spent 4 years as a member of the management of the Retalix company, directing several areas, including: System Integration, with a variety of services and software projects delivered to the company's customers throughout the world, managing all software services to the company's customers in Europe, and more. Anat left Retalix two years after it was purchased by NCR. Prior to this she worked for about 14 years at AMDOX as Deputy CEO in the Systems Integration Division and in the management of the Delivery organization. Before working at AMDOX she worked for about 13 years at IBM, filling a variety of positions.
Anat has a great deal of experience in management (hundreds of workers throughout the world) and in leading initiatives and lateral areas in organizations.
She is married and a mother to 3 children.
Anat's digital vision is creating solutions and infrastructures that will make it possible to share, and an ongoing, efficient and focused communication channel with residents.

בתפקידה הנוכחי ענת מנהלת מערכות המידע בעיריית פתח תקוה. לפני תפקידה הנוכחי, הייתה ענת 4 שנים חברת הנהלה בחברת ריטליקס, ניהלה מספר תחומים, ביניהם: שילוב מערכות (System Integration) כולל מגוון שירותים ופרויקטי תוכנה ללקוחות החברה ברחבי העולם, ניהול כלל שרותי התוכנה ללקוחות החברה באירופה ועוד. ענת עזבה שנתיים לאחר שהחברה נרכשה ע"י חברת NCR. לפני כן עבדה כ-14 שנה בחברת אמדוקס כסמנכ"לית בחטיבת שילוב המערכות ובהנהלת ארגון ה-Delivery. לפני אמדוקס עבדה כ-13 שנה במגוון תפקידים בחברת יב"מ.
ענת בעלת נסיון רב בניהול (מאות עובדים ברחבי העולם) ובהובלת יוזמות ותחומים רוחביים בארגון. ענת נשואה ואמא ל-3.
