Director of Information Systems Division in the Ministry of Construction and Housing, a role that involves managing all professional and budgetary aspects of the ministry's computing systems, and leading central systems and significant change processes accompanied by information systems.
Previously she directed a government division in the software development group in NES-technologies, a division that dealt with projects from diverse technologies and various governmental clients. In addition, she managed the information systems in the Environmental Protection Ministry.
Ofra is a mother of five and a grandmother of three. She has a bachelors' degree in Computer Science and graduated from numerous professional and managerial courses.
Ofra's digital vision is "harnessing innovation and digital media to enhance the ministry's success, thereby improving its capacity to benefit the citizens and the state."

עפרה, אם לחמישה וסבתא לעשרה נכדים. בעלת תואר ראשון במדעי המחשב וקורסים מקצועיים וניהוליים שונים.
