Faduh has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and a Teacher's Certificate, and is a graduate of training programs for Director Generals, mediation, tenders and coaching.
In the past, Faduh served as chairperson of the council's worker's committee, as office manager for the head of the local authority, and as a consultant for promotion of the status of women. She is currently also a member of the Board of Directors in the Federation of Director Generals and Secretaries. Faduh is the first and only Druze woman to serve as Director General in the Druze local authorities.
Faduh is married and has four children and one grand-daughter. She is also a personal trainer (coach). Faduh sees herself and others as change leaders, "emissaries for leading our pastoral and unique village, first in the country in education, towards progress and prosperity for the glory and well-being of all its residents, for we have no other wonderful country".
Faduh's digital vision is digital to the home with the touch of a finger – Beit-Jann as a smart village that harnesses digitization, that moves forward towards services that are suitable, easy and accessible, for the well-being of its residents and those who come into its gates.
פדוה בעלת תואר ראשון במדעי מדינה ותעודת הוראה, בוגרת הכשרת מנכ"לים, גישור, מכרזים ואימון אישי.
בעבר שימשה כיו"ר ועד העובדים במועצה, כמנהלת לשכת ראש הרשות וכיועצת לקידום מעמד האישה. כיום היא גם חברת הנהלה באיגוד המנכ"לים והמזכירים. פדוה הדרוזית הראשונה והיחידה בתפקיד מנכ"לית ברשויות הדרוזיות.
פדוה נשואה ואמא ל-4 וסבתא לנכדה. פדוה גם מאמנת אישית (קאוצ'רית). פדוה רואה את עצמה ואת האחרים כמובילי השינוי, שליחים למען הצעדת כפרנו הפסטורלי, הייחודי והראשון בארץ בחינוך, לקדמה ושגשוג לתפארת ורווחת כל תושביו כי "אין לנו ארץ נהדרת אחרת".
