Perry has a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Eastern Studies and Philosophy. She has also studied for a Master's Degree, and for a certificate in interior design, in public administration, mediation and more. In the past, Perry served as head of the Sustainability Administration (2009-2010), Senior Consultant to the Jewish Agency Chairman (2005-2009), Raanana Municipality Spokesperson (1989-2005), and was senior manager of a public relations and advertising firm (1980-1989). She has served as Deputy Director of the Raanana Municipality since 2011. Perry has a great deal of experience in managing public systems and in leading strategic plans and organization-wide processes. She is entrepreneurial, creative, innovative, strives for excellence, has systemic vision, leads processes and collaborations with others within and outside the organization, with state institutions, with organizations in Israel and abroad, and with non-profit organizations. She has authority and motivates others, while containing and empowering workers.
Perry is an expert in communications, human resources and organizational development, sustainable urban development, customer service, and international connections. In addition, she is a personal and organizational trainer, an artist and a collector.
Perry' digital vision is of an organizational culture of digital service that is egalitarian, excellent, and measurable, accessible to all of the organization's internal and external clients.
פרי בעלת תואר ראשון במזה"ת ופילוסופיה. בנוסף בעלת לימודי תואר שני, לימודי תעודה באדריכלות פנים, ולימודי מנהל ציבורי, גישור ועוד.
בעבר שימשה פרי כראש מנהלת הקיימות (2009-2010), יועצת בכירה ליו"ר הסוכנות היהודית (2005-2009), דוברת עיריית רעננה (1989-2005), ומנהלת בכירה במשרד יח"צ ופרסום (1980-1989). כיום משמשת כסמנכ"לית עיריית רעננה מאז 2011. פרי בעלת ניסיון רב בניהול מערכות ציבוריות והובלת תכניות אסטרטגיות ותהליכים חוצי ארגון. כישורי יזמות, מקוריות, חדשנות ומצוינות, ראייה מערכתית, הובלת תהליכים ושת"פים עם גורמים פנים וחוץ ארגוניים, מוסדות מדינה, ארגונים בארץ ובעולם ועמותות. סמכותיות ויכולת הנעה, הכלה והצמחת עובדים. פרי מומחית בתקשורת, משאבי אנוש ופיתוח ארגוני, פיתוח עירוני בר-קיימא, שירות לקוחות, קשרים בינלאומיים. בנוסף, מאמנת אישית וארגונית, אמנות ואוצרות.
