Zachi David presently manages the Tel Aviv District division of the Israel Lands Authority, and leads significant real estate projects in the district.
Previously, Zachi was coordinator of real estate, planning and environment for the Authority’s budget division, and supervisor of housing, religion, culture and sport for the division.
Zachi holds a BA in economics and in history from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and an MBA from the Hebrew University.
Zachi is also a member of the Tel Aviv district planning and construction committee. He has previously served on the national planning commission, the Israel Lands Authority commission, and the Housing Planning Preferences Committee.
כיום סגן הממונה על התקציבים. לפני כן מנהל מחוז תל אביב ברשות מקרקעי ישראל המוביל פרוייקטים משמעותיים בתחום המקרקעין במחוז. בתפקידו הקודם, שימש כרכז מקרקעין תכנון וסביבה באגף תקציבים וכרפרנט תחום השיכון, הדתות התרבות והספורט באגף. בעל תואר ראשון בכללה והיסטוריה מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון בנגב ותואר שני במנהל עסקים מהאוניברסיטה העברית. כיום חבר הועדה המחוזית בתל אביב לתכנון ובנייה. בעבר חבר המועצה הארצית, מועצת מקרקעי ישראל והותמ"ל.
