Deputy Director of Service in the Ministry of Justice and previously in the Enforcement and Collection Authority. Keren is one of the pioneers in the government in promoting the field of service.
Keren has worked in the public sector for her entire adult life, in three ministries and four different positions. In each of them she established entirely new units, most significanty the Enforcement and Collection Authority when it was separated from the court system, a project she implemented when she was Deputy Director for Administration and Human Resources.
Keren holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and is married with three children. In her leisure time she enjoys pottery and spending quality time with her family.

קרן עוסקת כל חייה הבוגרים במגזר הציבורי, בשלושה משרדים ובהם ארבעה תפקידים שונים. בכל אחד מהם הקימה יחידות שלא היו קיימות קודם לכן כאשר הגדולה ביותר בעיניה הייתה הקמת רשות האכיפה והגבייה עם הפרדתה ממערכת בתי המשפט, בהיותה סמנכ"לית למנהל ומשאבי אנוש.
קרן בעלת תואר ראשון בכלכלה, נשואה ואם לשלושה. בשעות הפנאי עוסקת בקדרות ובזמן איכות עם המשפחה.
