Ravid is serving as a senior member of the management forum of the Israel Land Authority (ILA). As Chief Information & Digital Officer (CIDO), he is responsible for the overall management of Digital and Information Technology (IT).
Ravid has initiated the IT strategy and leads the development and realization of 'RAMITECH' which is the next generation cross organization mega-program.
'RAMITECH' and Ravid were awarded prestige prizes from several organizations in Israel and abroad.
Between the years 2009-2012, Ravid served as the VP IT and CIO of the Israel Courts Administration. He led the Next Generation Court System (NGCS), which is the primary Israel law-court core information system, and was awarded prizes for being an outstanding large-scale government IT system.
Prior to that Ravid filled several management positions in the business sector and the Israeli Navy. In the past Ravid has also served as a lecturer and tutor in Computer, Economics / Finance courses in the Tel Aviv University and in various colleges.
רביד מכהן כחבר הנהלה בכיר ומנהל מערכות המידע הראשי (מנמ"ר) ברשות מקרקעי ישראל (רמ"י). במסגרת תפקידו אחראי על הניהול הכולל של פעילויות טכנולוגיות המידע והדיגיטל. יזם ומוביל את תכנית 'רמיטק' – תכנית הדור הבא לניהול המקרקעין הלאומי. תכנית 'רמיטק' ורביד זכו לפרסים והוקרה בארץ ובחו"ל.
בין השנים 2009 עד 2012 כיהן רביד כסמנכ"ל התקשוב בהנהלת בתי המשפט. במסגרת תפקידו הוביל את תכנית 'נט המשפט' – תכנית הדור הבא של ניהול מערכת המשפט בישראל. התכנית זכתה לפרסים יוקרתיים על הישגים יוצאי דופן.
לפניכן שימש במספר תפקידי ניהול במגזר העסקי ותפקידי פיקוד בצה"ל. כן שימש בעבר כמרצה ומתרגל בקורסי מחשוב וכלכלה / מימון באוניברסיטת תל-אביב ובמכללות.
