Revital Waitzman
Senior Director of the Department for Information Systems in the Civil Service Commission

Since 2004, Revital serves as Senior Director of the Information Systems Department in the Civil Service Commission, where she is responsible for information systems for managing human capital in government service, and for managing the Commission's budget.
She has a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Manchester University, its Kiryat Ono extension.
Before coming to the Civil Service Commission, Revital served extensively in the Air Force. She filled numerous roles in its Operational Computing Unit, including Commander of the Development Extension. She also managed numerous projects in the area of Air Force operational systems. In her last position, she dealt with information integration for the head of the Equipment Squadron.
Revital's digital vision is the realization of initiatives and innovation related to changing work processes, both in managing the human capital in government service, and in improving service to the overall population.
בשירות ממושך בחיל האוויר, בין השאר ביחידת המחשוב המבצעי של חיל האוויר (ממד״ס). ביחידה זו ביצעה מספר תפקידים, בין השאר מפקדת שלוחת פיתוח. כמו כן , ביצעה מספר תפקידי ניהול פרויקטים בתחום מערכות מבצעיות בחיל האוויר. בתפקיד האחרון עסקה באינטגרצית מידע לראש להק ציוד.
מכהנת בתפקידה הנוכחי כראש אגף בכיר מערכות מידע בנציבות שרות המדינה מסוף 2004. במסגרת תפקידה, אחראית על מערכת המידע לניהול ההון האנושי בשרות המדינה. כמו כן, אחראית על ניהול תקציב נציבות שרות המדינה.
בוגרת תואר ראשון במתמטיקה ומדעי המחשב מאוניברסיטת בן גוריון, ותואר שני במינהל עסקים מטעם אוניברסיטת מנצ׳סטר, שלוחת קרית אונו.
