Ronit has a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and a Master's Degree in Epidemiology.
In the past Ronit established, innovated and managed numerous ventures in the public and social spheres, including a center for entrepreneurship, a school for youth advancement, frameworks for informal education in the Association of Community Centers, and the Young Adult's Unit in the Karmiel Municipality. Three years ago she established, together with the heads of the local and regional authorities, the Beit Hakerem Cluster.
Ronit's position is challenging, and she is dedicated to it and believes in it wholeheartedly. She wants to harness her motivation and abilities to make as broad an impact as possible on her surroundings.
Ronit is a mother of three, married and lives in the Galilee. Aside from her professional interests, she loves sports, especially running, and learning, cinema, nature and aesthetics.
Ronit's digital vision is to harness technology in the municipal sphere to contribute to developing services and making them accessible, and narrowing gaps between population groups.
רונית בוגרת תואר ראשון במדעי החיים ותואר שני באפידמיולוגיה.
בעבר רונית הקימה, חידשה וניהלה מיזמים שונים במרחב הציבורי והחברתי כגון מרכז ליזמות, בי"ס לקידום נוער, מסגרות השכלה לא פורמלית ברשת המתנס"ים והקימה את יחידת הצעירים בעיריית כרמיאל. לפני כשלוש שנים הקימה יחד עם ראשי הרשויות את אשכול יישובי בית הכרם. תפקידה של רונית הינו תפקיד מאתגר, שהיא מסורה לו ומאמינה בו בכל ליבה. את היכולות והמוטיבציה שלה רונית רוצה לרתום לטובת השפעה רחבה ככל שניתן על סביבת חייה.
רונית אמא לשלושה, נשואה ומתגוררת בגליל. מלבד התחומים המקצועיים רונית אוהבת לעסוק בספורט ובעיקר ריצה, ללמוד, קולנוע , טבע ואסתטיקה.
החזון הדיגיטלי של רונית הוא לרתום את הטכנולוגיה במרחב המוניציפאלי לטובת פיתוח והנגשת שירותים ולצמצם פערים בין אוכלוסיות.
