Roey Fisher
Senior Deputy Director for Administration and Human Resources in the Ministry of Economy and Industry, responsible for human resources, welfare, training, procurement, assets, logistics, security and tenders.

Prior to his appointment, Roey served as deputy director of the Foreign Trade Administration and was responsible for Israel's trade attaches throughout the world. Roey began his career as a parliamentary assistant. Among his roles in the past: Chief of Staff of the Chief Scientist at the Ministry of Economics, Israel's economic attache in Holland and Denmark, and Director of Research and Development Strategy for the European EUREKA Corporation in Brussels.
Roey serves as a member of the National Authority for Innovation and served as a member of the Merger Committee that works alongside the Antitrust Commissioner.
Roey has a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Sociology and a master's degree in Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Roy's digital vision is "developing digital work processes as leverage for improving service to citizens and developing human resources in the government."

טרם מינויו, רועי שימש כסגן מנהל מינהל סחר חוץ והאחראי על מערך הנספחי ם המסחריים של ישראל ברחבי העולם. רועי החל את דרכו כעוזר פרלמנטרי. בין תפקידיו בעבר: ראש המטה של המדען הראשי במשרד הכלכלה, נספח כלכלי של ישראל בהולנד ודנמרק, מנהל אסטרטגית מו"פ בתאגיד האירופי EUREKA בריסל. רועי משמש כחבר מועצת הרשות הלאומית לחדשנות ובעבר שימש כחבר ועדת המיזוגים הפועלת לצד הממונה על ההגבלים העסקיים.
רועי בעל תואר בוגר יחסים בין לאומיים וסוציולוגיה ותואר מוסמך (MA) בניהול מלכ"רים, מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים.
החזון הדיגיטלי של רועי הוא "פיתוח תהליכי עבודה דיגיטליים כמנוף לשיפור השירות האזרח ופיתוח כוח האדם בממשלה".
