Shadi has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Sociology from Tel Aviv University.
In the past, Shadi served as Director of the Emergency Center in the Sharon region, and managed outreach in Ramle and Lod for the Elem non-profit organization. Since 2012 he directs the "City without Violence" program in Taybeh, and in addition is stand-in for the director of the city's Sport's Department. In the context of his position, Shadi is responsible for the 9 workers who work in the program, and he manages a budget of about a million shekels.
Shadi also works as a facilitator of Jewish-Arab dialogue groups as well as groups for strengthening and empowering the status of women in Arab society.
Shadi is 37 years old, a native of Taybeh, and is married and a father to two children.
Shadi's digital vision is to always, wherever you are, be connected to every service, to be able to access information and to take action.
שאדי בוגר תואר ראשון במדעי המדינה וסוציולוגיה מאוניברסיטת תל אביב. בעברו שימש שאדי כמנהל מרכז חירום באזור השרון וניהל את תחום עבודת הרחוב במסגרת עמותת עלם בערים רמלה ולוד. משנת 2012 משמש כמנהל תכנית "עיר ללא אלימות" בטייבה ובנוסף מ"מ מנהל מחלקת הספורט בעיר.
במסגרת תפקידו שאדי אחראי על 9 עובדים אשר עובדים בתפקידים שונים במסגרת התכנ ית ומנמל תקציב של כמיליון שקלים. בנוסף שאדי עובד כמנחה קבוצות דיאלוג בין יהודים וערבים וקבוצות לחיזוק והעצמת מעמד האישה בחברה הערבית.
שאדי בן 37, ילדי טייבה, נשוי ואבא לשני ילדים.
