He has worked at the Municipality since 1992. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Regional Water Corporation Mayanot Hadarom since in 2014, and has been a member of the Association of Local Authority Directors and Secretaries General since 1997. Shuki previously served as head of the strategic planning unit, an urban planner and auditor.
He is a graduate of Ben-Gurion University.
שוקי מזכיר עיריית (מנכ"ל) דימונה וראש המנהל הכללי. עובד בעירייה משנת 1992. מכהן כיו"ר דירקטוריון תאגיד המים האזורי מעינות הדרום משנת 2014, חבר הנהלת איגוד המנכ"לים והמזכירים ברשויות המקומיות משנת 1997. בעבר כיהן כמנהל היחידה לתכנון אסטרטגי, מתכנן אורבני ומבקר פנים.
