Tamar serves since 2016 as a Senior Domain Manager in the General Accountant Division in the Ministry of Finance. She accompanies and leads projects in computing: digital guarantees, management of accounting risks, salaries and more. She is a member of computerization-related committees and coordinates an inter-ministerial Committee for Innovation in governmental contracts.
Previously, Tamar worked in software development and management in high-tech companies in the areas of telecommunications and printed circuits. She also worked in the Capital Market Authority, in the role of auditing information systems, investigating and accompanying the regularization of institutional bodies, while promoting refunds to thousands of insurees.
Tamar holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Computer Science, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Bar-Ilan University.
Tamar's digital vision is a "learning and evolving technological concept that enables innovative and efficient solutions for the benefit of the ministry and for the benefit of the country's citizens."

לפני כן, ניהלה בחברות הייטק ופיתחה תכנה בתחומים מגוונים.
תמר בעלת תואר ראשון בכלכלה ומדעי המחשב, ותואר שני במנהל עסקים במסלול מצטיינים (מימון) מאוניברסיטת בר אילן.
